Wayne forged a long career as a high performer in the tech industry, most recently at Salesforce, closing $250M+ in revenue in his 8 year tenure. In 2020, he started buying and selling land as a hobby, discovered a real knack for it, and now has founded two related companies: Whetstone Land, focused on deal origination, investing and entitlement, and Nordic Sky Capital, focused on capital enablement for a close knit network of high achieving land investors.
With more than 90 deals of his own under his belt, and hundreds more that he's advised on or invested in, Wayne brings a steady hand to Nordic Sky's underwriting and operations to ensure top-notch results for all of our investing partners.

Josh Lund, Co-Founder
Josh Lund has been a leader in lending and finance for over 25 years. It all started with financing an automobile for a client in the real estate finance world in the late 90’s, that client became Josh’s mentor and leader into the world of mortgage and lending on real estate. Today, he's a highly sought-after speaker, consultant, leader, sales expert and coach, plus real estate developer, real estate broker and speculator.
Josh and Wayne first met in a networking group more than 15 years ago, and that friendship led to them bringing their expertise together at Nordic Sky Capital. Josh is leading the effort for capitalization and investor relations at Nordic Sky and is thrilled to bring tons of value to investors through the unique niche of land opportunities.
